I had my first contact with Jackson Memorials in 2002, when I was assisted with creating and ordering a double headstone for my mother and sister. My heart was heavy, but 20 years later, I still remember how the counselor at Jackson Memorials made the process easy for myself and my daughter. The final product, delivered and installed,
left me without words – just so much appreciation for the beauty that was becoming of the two most beloved people in my life.
Fast forward several years, I called on Jackson Memorials for assistance with getting advisement on having two vases added to the double headstone. I worked directly with Mr. Hugh Gordon. The ordering process was completed telephonically, as I reside out of state. When I say Mr. Gordon made the transaction, from beginning to end, smooth and effortless, that would be a massive understatement. The vases were ordered, delivered and attached to the existing double headstone, and Mr. Gordon kept me updated on the process via phone calls and/or emails. I always felt as if I had no worries or concerns while Mr. Gordon was working with me on this desired transaction/order.
May 2022, I am conducting my third transaction with Jackson Memorials, and to my delight I am assisted by Mr Gordon for a second time. I knew what I wanted (a ‘border’ around my mother’s and sister’s plot) but didn’t know how to proceed. One email to Jackson Memorials and Mr. Gordon contacted me with information about ‘cradling’. With his patience, thorough information and guidance, I ordered the cradle and the ordering process was completed telephonically and via email.
I have worked with Mr. Gordon (or, should I say he has worked with *ME*) and I can not say enough about his high level of professionalism, courteousness, patience, understanding and more importantly, care and concern.
Most of my family reside in Jackson, TN and I have never hesitated to share my experience with them and refer to Jackson Memorials. Jackson Memorials and Mr. Gordon are a welcomed relief during the time of bereavement.
Mr. Gordon, thank you for all that you do!
